Operate automated weld line using HMI, inspect quality, perform minor repairs.

Tasks

-Responsible for visual inspection of welds and cosmetic appearance of product -Ensures quality of product by measuring equipment to ensure proper product specifications are met -Utilizes Human Machine Interface (HMI) to operate equipment and make adjustments as needed -Utilizes hand tools to make minor repairs or adjustments, as needed -Processes product logs to ensure consistency and quality

What You Bring

-Prior HMI experience is a plus. Eagerness to learn HMI is required -Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on any nonconforming issues as they arrive -Ability to Lift 50 pounds -Ability to work well in teams -Mechanically inclined is a plus to understand equipment operation -Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines -Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed -Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate
