-Oversee and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of structural designs into overall project designs -Conduct field visits to assess construction progress and provide on-site technical support -Perform detailed structural analysis and design for a wide range of building structures, including commercial and residential properties -Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best engineering practices to enhance project delivery -Generate comprehensive structural calculations, drawings, and specifications that meet project requirements -Ensure compliance with relevant local and international building codes, regulations, and standards -Review and evaluate the design work of junior engineers and provide mentorship and technical leadership

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline -Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification is preferred -Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineering staff -Thorough understanding of international building codes and standards -Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering with a strong portfolio of diverse projects -Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.) -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for teamwork
