The Role

Overview

Supervise service/maintenance ops, manage teams, safety, budgets, and project schedules.

Tasks

-Forecast and schedule labor resources, maintaining customer quality assurance, and improving efficiencies -Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans -Coordinate all material deliveries and issuing purchase orders -Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects -Generate field leads and assist service sales representatives in selling upgrades and repairs -Conduct field education training ensuring that we create and maintain a safe working environment -Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met -Set budgets for material and labor within Otis guidelines and complete the required maintenance and repair within those budgets -Develop action plans to address deficiencies regarding safety, callback rates, and technical support -Develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with co-workers, field employees, clients, and others in contact with the job -Recommend and detail changes in maintenance service documentation, methods, process, design, and delivery

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment -Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software -High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred -Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers -Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities -Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
