Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Assist PM in coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, tracking finances, and ensuring deliverables.

Tasks

-Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager -Support Market Sector Leaders and Project Manager in the pursuit phase with Go-NoGo meeting, proposal and estimate preparation. -Support Project Manager with monthly financial tracking. -Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule -Support Project Manager with QA/QC related processes and procedures. -Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews -Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project -Travel to project sites as required within the local area on a regular basis and to national sites no more than quarterly.

-Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills -Thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly and maintain focus under pressure -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset -5 years related experience -Strong organizational and time management skills -Detail-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution -Bachelor's degree in related field -Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, and NewForma -Excels at supporting diverse teams across architecture, engineering, and consulting disciplines -PMP certification
