The Role

Overview

Handles parts orders, inventory, shipping, and customer service in a warehouse setting.

Tasks

-Pick, pack, and ship orders. -Look up parts using manufacture websites and parts books. -Perform physical counts for inventory control with parts management. -Maintain a clean and organized work area. -Deliver parts to customers. -Process sales and returns via cash and credit card payments. -Receive part’s orders from vendors. -Use yard machine to unload palletized material, plows, hitches, etc. -Actively participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities. -Document pertinent information to direct customer to the correct person or department. -Place and receive order from customers as well as service department. -Answer phone calls as they come in. Following the calls and inquiries to completion. -Provide updates to the service coordinator and job technician on parts arrivals. -Receive and check in Purchase Orders (PO’s).
