Tasks

Responsible for supervising renovation and refurbishment works of buildings to ensure all activities are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Oversees work teams and contractors, monitors daily progress, ensures proper use of materials, and maintains project timelines. -Ensure all works comply with drawings and technical specifications. -Monitor the quality of materials used and enforce safety standards. -Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure efficient workflow. -Supervise the execution of building renovation and refurbishment activities on site. -Prepare daily or weekly progress reports and field observations.
