Tasks
-Assists manager with implementing marketing program -Assists manager with staff and resident inquiries -Markets apartments according to Fair Housing guidelines and Resident Selection Plan -Assists with collection of monthly rentals and deposits -Prepares weekly traffic reports and marketing reports -Markets and leases the property to prospective residents, explaining terms of occupancy -Investigates complaints, disturbances, and violations and resolves issues -Prepares monthly market study based on competitive properties -Assists manager with training staff

What You Bring
-Extraordinary interpersonal & communication skills -Experience with leasing, sales, and/or marketing -Software application experience (MRI, VMS) and computer skills -High school diploma or GED -Physically able to perform regular inspections of the property, with or without -Demonstrates and follows the Oakbrook Values: Ethical, Professional, Collaborative, Family -Experience in property management or similar
