Tasks

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day commercial activity, supporting the project from procurement through to final account. You’ll be trusted to ensure financial accuracy, deliver value, and maintain positive relationships across all project stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in the commercial management of this landmark scheme, balancing quality, precision, and profitability while developing your career on some of the region’s most admired homes. -Provide clear financial insights that inform key project decisions. -Prepare valuations, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts to maintain commercial transparency. -Track and value project variations, ensuring accurate client reporting and documentation. -Collaborate with design teams, architects, and clients to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality. -Assess and certify subcontractor payments and final accounts. -Manage procurement and cost control of specialist subcontractor packages. -Work on landmark super-prime residential projects that showcase exceptional craftsmanship and design.

What You Bring

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for high-end residential construction and an eye for detail that sets you apart? -Experience working on prime or heritage residential projects, ideally £5m+. -Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail. -Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost reporting. -Proficiency in Excel and cost management software. -Confidence in managing multiple packages, variations, and client relationships.
