-Investigate and report any safety incidents and implement corrective actions. -Provide on-site leadership and supervision to HVAC project teams, including technicians, contractors, and subcontractors. -Conduct field inspections and address any issues promptly. -Ensure that HVAC systems installations and maintenance meet industry standards and client expectations. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. -Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed. -Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and objectives. -Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency. -Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices on HVAC project sites. -Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. -Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones. -Coordinate the procurement and delivery of HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies. -Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and maintain positive client relationships. -Oversee procurement of materials and supplies for HVAC projects, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery, while reviewing and approving related invoices and purchase orders. -Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that projects comply with local building codes and regulations. -Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects remain within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing all phases of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Their focus includes coordinating teams, managing client communication, controlling costs, maintaining compliance, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. -Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite -Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods. -Ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while efficiently scheduling technicians and clearly communicating project scope, costs, and timelines. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Excellent leadership and team management skills. -Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role. -Must be willing and able to travel with the project team to support on-site installations. -Demonstrated willingness to work alongside technicians to enhance personal technical knowledge while supporting the development of their soft skills and leadership abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field -Ability to collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and detailed HVAC project estimates, including projected labor hours and resource requirements. -Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
