Tasks

-Test and adjust electrical control systems and building automation technologies to verify proper functionality and optimize performance parameters. -Utilize technical drawings and electrical schematics to guide accurate installation procedures and effective maintenance strategies for building systems. -Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent repair work orders based on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual facility requirements to ensure optimal building performance. -Maintain comprehensive documentation including work logs, inspection reports, and safety records while communicating effectively with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service standards that comply with all safety regulations and JLL quality requirements. -Conduct systematic facility inspections and monitoring rounds to assess equipment conditions, detect potential problems early, and maintain continuous operational reliability. -Diagnose and repair electrical systems encompassing lighting networks, motor controls, distribution panels, and associated wiring infrastructure throughout the facility. -Fabricate and install electrical conduit systems through precise measuring, cutting, threading, and assembly techniques to support various electrical applications.

What You Bring

-Comprehensive knowledge of multiple voltage electrical systems including 24V, 48V, 120V, and 480V applications is necessary for safe and effective work performance. -Strong technical skills include the ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams for various building systems and installations. -Certifications such as Universal CFC, OSHA, or other electrical credentials. -Physical capabilities must include conduit fabrication skills, the ability to lift fifty pounds, and comfort performing various physical tasks including standing, walking, and kneeling throughout the workday. -A high school diploma or equivalent education along with a valid Tennessee driver's license are required for this position. -At least two years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical work or building maintenance is essential to demonstrate competency in the field. -Exposure to critical facility environments (UPS, generators, etc.). -Prior work in data center or similar commercial environments. -Experience with commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. -Experience with digital control systems (fire alarm, access control, CCTV). -Trade school coursework or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program. -Professional competencies encompass basic facility management software proficiency, Microsoft Office applications knowledge, strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. -Proficiency with specialized equipment such as Variable Frequency Drives, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, generators, Building Automation Systems, and lighting control systems is expected.
