Tasks

-Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management. -Continuously monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. -Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and reduce maintenance costs. -Design maintenance schedules based on predictive and preventative insights. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve operational processes. -Conduct root cause analyses to address recurring issues. -Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify patterns and predict potential failures.

What You Bring

-7+ years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience -Understanding of root cause analysis and FMEA analysis -Preferred experience in the mining industry, ME Global, steel mill, or food industry -Time studies -Experience managing projects valued at $15,000-$20,000 -Mechanical engineering expertise -Ability to manage vendor relationships -PMP (Project Management Professional) certification -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
