-Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges. -Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team. -Conduct research and interviews as needed for content creation. -Edit and proofread copy as needed. -Draft clear, compelling copy for a variety of mediums includingadvertising, website landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and social media. -Utilize and understand creative briefs to meet project requirements. -Influence others within the job area by explaining facts and policies to resolve routine issues. -Uses innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the team's work. -Perform accurate analyses, and research how target customers are searching for products and services -Ensure all content aligns with company and brand guidelines. -Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals. -Support business objectives by collaborating with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Sales teams.

-Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. -Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. -Writing in a variety of styles including email, digital platforms, B2B, and B2C. -High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. -Knowledge of SEO Strategies -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. -2-4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. -Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice. -Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. -Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
