Manage design to construction for low-income multi-family housing using Revit.
-Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. -Collaborate with an Associate and project team to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. -Produce comprehensive drawing sets using Revit. -Apply knowledge of codes and zoning to ensure compliance and project integrity. -Support the large low-income housing project in East New York through Schematic Design to Construction Administration. -Each project is led by a Partner/Associate Partner, Project Manager, and several intermediate architects, ensuring a collaborative and supportive team environment.
-Proficient in Revit. -Experience in Design Development and Construction Administration. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture. -Familiarity with NYC building standards and practices. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, particularly in new construction and ground-up high-rise buildings including mixed-use, multi-family, commercial, and hospitality.
