Document procedures for ongoing metadata maintenance and governance. Assist in transitioning existing campaigns to engagement formats. Deactivate courses identified for removal. Audit and improve metadata across all eLearning assets. Collaborate with Learning Partners and course owners to confirm audience targeting and business rules. Content Archiving Complete missing metadata fields to enhance learner searchability and navigation. Ensure associated learning paths and workbook items remain functional or have appropriate replacements. Apply consistent naming conventions, categories, and tagging.

What You Bring

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in high-volume data environments. Background in content governance, metadata management, or eLearning administration is an asset. 3.
