Tasks
-Partner with Finance and Analytics for fact-based performance reporting on trends and growth opportunities. -Support CRM implementation, adoption, and best practices as administrator and champion. -Take ownership to close gaps, streamline processes, and create consistency. -Manage travel, booth coverage, and execution consistency. -Prepare leadership and sales teams for Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with insights, priorities, and customer opportunities. -Lead internal sales communications, including weekly updates, calendars, priorities, and resets. -Lead flawless execution of trade shows, sales meetings, and customer events with aligned messaging and branding. -Act as Customer Communications Steward for sales-led messaging (price changes, product updates, marketplace communications). -Maintain the Commercial Resource Hub with centralized, updated sales content. -Coordinate broker engagement with enablement materials, scorecards, and alignment metrics. -Build trust by proactively sharing priorities, updates, and promotional calendars across teams. -Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Brand to maintain sales process SOPs for consistency and sustainability. -Support and coordinate trade shows, National Sales Meetings, and customer events through templates, timelines, and logistics. -Deliver actionable sales reporting and insights that drive customer engagement and leadership decisions. -Align cross-functional strategy on product offerings, promotional support, messaging, and branding. -Standardize comp shop reporting processes as the Center of Excellence for competitive intelligence. -Provide timely, accurate sales reporting and insights to guide leadership decisions. -Steward customer communications to ensure clear, timely updates on pricing, products, and promotions. -Champion cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Brand, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. -Drive flawless execution and cross-functional alignment for sales meetings, trade shows, and customer events. -Translate complex data into insights that anticipate challenges and highlight growth opportunities. -Serve as key project support for strategic commercial initiatives requiring cross-functional alignment. -Maintain centralized tools and resources to enable consistent sales execution. -Strengthen communication flow across Sales, Brand, and Customer Service to align priorities and customer messaging.

-Mindset & Approach: Demonstrates ability to drive process consistency, build structure, and work with urgency, ownership, and accountability. -Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights; proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience collaborating with analytics teams to develop reporting tools. -Organization & Execution: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. -Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience); 2–4 years in sales operations, commercial enablement, business analysis, or related functions with proven success in cross-functional project coordination. -Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset; effective working independently and across functions within a matrixed organization.
