Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon BIM protocols.
Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.
Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.
Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.
Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.
Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams.
Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts, and applications.
Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.

Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.
Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams.
Proficiency in programming languages like C# and/or Python.
5+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM.
Demonstrated experience in parametric design and coding skills in Revit Dynamo Script.
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Professional Certification in BIM Management.
