Tasks

-Work under the guidance of Journeymen and Foremen on a variety of electrical projects including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential, commercial, and specialty job sites. -Interview with HR Selected candidates will interview with our HR team to discuss fit and commitment. -Collaborate closely with team members while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism. -Learn industry standards, safety protocols, and proper tool and equipment use. -Work with Streib’s Education Director to get enrolled in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship school local to NWA. (Classroom instruction is completed through an outside program; Streib assists with placement and coordination.)

What You Bring

-Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded -1–2 years of electrical field experience preferred (apprentice, helper, or trade assistant level) -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in outdoor environments. -Must pass background check and drug screening. -576 hours of classroom instruction over approximately four years -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the electrical trade -Ability to follow instructions and take initiative on the job -Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills -Complete the Department of Labor apprenticeship requirements: -High School Diploma or GED (required) -Must be able to safely climb ladders, use tools, and follow all safety guidelines.
