Tasks

-Propose innovative techniques and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. -Stock and maintain copy rooms, serving as the primary point of contact for initial copier fleet production inquiries. -Cross-train to provide essential support for front desk duties as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork. -Operate and maintain comprehensive mailroom functions, including precise sorting and distribution of mail to designated recipients. -Guarantee same-day delivery for all received packages or promptly advise consignees of next-day arrival. -Safeguard all shipped packages against damage throughout the handling process. -Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and complaints professionally. -Manage the scheduled delivery of mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups and locations. -Oversee all shipping and receiving processes for packages and correspondence, ensuring timely and secure delivery. -Apply appropriate postage and required identification to all outgoing mail and packages. -Receive, scan, and meticulously log packages using the SC Logic system and RF scanner, maintaining accurate transaction records. -Utilize postage machines accurately and ensure correct postage application for all outgoing items. -Conduct thorough audits of delivered items against invoices, approving or rejecting deliveries based on inspection and contraband checks. -Gather and analyze data to identify and resolve complex operational issues, often in situations without established precedents. -Process shipment requests with vendors, effectively communicating arrangements to package owners. -Regularly monitor and replenish mail and postage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of job-related experience. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. -Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. -Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. -A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

The minimum salary for the Mail Services Associate position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mail Services Associate position is $57,000 annually [or $27.40 per hour].
