Tasks

-Deliver customized training to owners and operators, ensuring a smooth transition for system upgrades and service improvements. -Conduct system maintenance on field controllers, servers, workstations, and associated hardware. -Monitor equipment schedules and suggest modifications to optimize performance. -Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates to customers throughout the project. -Identify and communicate technical issues, recommending necessary upgrades, enhancements, or repairs. -Oversee assigned tasks to ensure timely completion while exceeding customer quality expectations.

What You Bring

-Experience in managing multiple simultaneous challenges across various disciplines. -Capability of downloading, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex HVAC and building automation system logic. -Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience clearly. -Bachelor’s or Associate degree, Technical/Business School Certificate, or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or a related field. -Ability to interpret and understand Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical blueprints. -Experience in navigating and integrating various building automation systems. -Advanced expertise in TCP/IP networks, including wireless technologies. -Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and Building Automation Controls. -Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
