Guard Rail Foreman

Overview

Foreman oversees guardrail/fence installation, safety, crew, and project performance.

Tasks

-Accountable for equipment daily maintenance, cleanliness, and related documentation. -Compliance including daily logs, checklists, photo submissions, as-builts documentation, employee relations, credit card receipts etc. -Responsible for all crew member’s safety. -Managing and maintaining crew member relations including tracking, documenting performance reviews, development plans, coaching and disciplinary actions. -Monitoring and ensuring project performance, including production, duration and man hours. -Ensure quality and testing programs are adhered to. -Ensure good teamwork and communication between all functional groups involved on projects. -Coaching and mentoring guardrail and fence technicians. -Managing and communicating crew travel appropriately. -Physically installing guardrail and fence solutions as outlined in the job site drawings and/or the standard operating procedures manual. -Planning and managing projects with the daily management process.

What You Bring

-Efficient and effective client facing communication skills. -The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required. -Regular heavy lifting (75lbs+) of construction materials on the job site. -Must possess a valid Class A CDL; mixed endorsement preferred -Experience in guardrail and fence construction preferred.
