The Role

Overview

Deliver world‑class customer service and coordinate workplace activities for building occupants.

Tasks

-Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team. Follow specific directions as given by the manager. -Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. -Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. -Lead janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. -Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. -Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. -First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. -Coordinate and implement workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding. -Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. -Organize and lead on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. -Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach. -Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. -High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Benefits

-CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $23 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $27 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
