Tasks

-Oversee the GC’s fit-out engineering for Zone 3, ensuring compliance with the project, design, and quality requirements for all interior spaces. -Oversee and coordinate review of shop drawings, installation details, material selections, and supplier qualifications with the CSC. -Monitor the CSC’s inspection and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client. -Ensure integration of fit-out works with other disciplines, facilitating coordination between the GC, CSC, and design consultants for technical queries and approvals. -Escalate technical or delivery issues to the PMC PD and the project.
