Tasks

-Provide SAP expertise to support new initiatives & implementations, as well as existing processes -Create Master Supply Plan (12-18 month rolling) by plant & workcenter in support of monthly SIOP to achieve DSI, NPS and OTIF targets -Proactively manage the inventory component of working capital to meet or exceed financial targets of the division -Support teamwork via group initiatives, management meetings, communications and cross functional assignments -Implement logistic savings and cost avoidance initiatives in conjunction with corporate logistics -Lead S&OP process and meeting and resolve mismatches and gain consensus among all stake holders -Serve as the business coordinator for domestic and international shipments -Manage direct and indirect reports -Develop production volume plan and track the overall execution of the plan -Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring that inventory reconciliation is done in accordance to corporate guidelines -Manage the adaptation of tools by the broader organization -Oversee finite plant scheduling activities -Ensure SAP material, location, contracts, service purchases are set up and transactions are consistent with Supply Chain and Accounting requirements -Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives, reporting, and process/performance improvement. -Analyze Inventory Reports, develop and facilitate action plans to assure supply plans deliver resulting OTIF, Target DSI and NPS targets -Contribute to the implementation of processes and tools for improved inter-region activities as designated by the Supply Chain Directors -Attract, develop and retain talent in alignment with the organizational strategy and needs of the business -Implement and manage swaps and trading opportunities, as applicable -Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements -Execute the BU Service Offer. Monitor adherence, performance, and financial impacts -Resolve supply/demand mismatches and employ optimal alternatives -Lead the S&OP process and arbitrate shipments based on customer segmentation, service offer and working capital targets -Develop business cases for changes in supply chain operations; including, but not limited to: debottlenecking, staffing, equipment purchases/releases, lease arrangements, changes in distribution network, etc. -Manage the tolling operations as required by the Sales and Operations planning process and strategy coordinating assets and supply of material components -Develop and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement -Follow the logistics strategy and execution for domestic and export transportation, inter-plant transfers and fleet management guidelines -Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents -Convert regional sales forecasts to a supply plan to maximize customer service and optimize production, distribution, and working capital expenses -Proactively manage working capital targets including blocked & aged inventory -Manage the demand forecast (vs business plan, revised forecast plan and actual sales) relative to our inventory and production capabilities and adjust accordingly to support the BU financial forecast -Champion changes to the business or forecast strategy as appropriate -Develop talent via cross-training, assignments, formal education, and mobility -Coordinate with global supply chain counterparts for optimized planning and execution activities -Execute the BU Service Offer: Monitor adherence, performance and financial impacts via supply chain KPIs and Cash Dashboards -Collaborate with manufacturing sites on S&OP reviews to ensure timely supply of product and track actual vs. plan -Champion opportunities to improve supply capabilities as appropriate -Develop procedures and work instructions in support of Global Process Standards, ISO requirements and standard daily work -Serve as Depot Coordinator for specific BU managed warehouses, in compliance with the Logistics Directive D-HS11, managing insurance requirement documents and periodic HES site review and approvals -Partner with manufacturing and tolling sites to improve production scheduling and raw material procurement -Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.) -Serve as the gate-keeper for incorporating new product SKUs into the S&OP process, including material master maintenance -Measure and coordinate to resolve Plant and PFG Schedule Adherence issues. -Participate in the scale-up and commercialization of new products -Responsible for master data integrity: creation/change/obsoleting requests -Regular interactions - remotely and in person - with operations contacts.

What You Bring

-Project Management experience required -Understanding/management of working capital preferred -APICS Certification is a plus -Excellent skills required in SAP including MM/PP, SD and F&P -6-8 years of of relevant hands on supply chain planning and operational experience in a multi-site global manufacturing organization. -Proven ability to perform detailed supply chain modeling -Proven knowledge and application of advanced SC planning, inventory management, and project management methodologies -Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred. -Strong problem solving and collaboration skills -Heavy use of computer software, both PC based and enterprise system, combined with frequent interpersonal communication. -2 years of Supervisory experience preferred (may be responsible for managing 1 or 2 direct reports) -Experience in SC Optimization Systems (i.e. Picaso) and system integrations -Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus -Knowledge and work experience of standard ERP system and data warehouse is a must. SAP experience is highly preferred. -Ability to analyze data and provide forecast projection -Chemical processing value chain including batch manufacturing capability highly desirable -Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills) required -Ability to create a climate of trust and respect -Ability to communicate appropriately, depending on context and nature of the audience -Demonstrated performance in building and growing relationships -Proficient in Power BI Dashboards -Ability to initiate and implement process improvement
