Tasks
-Support HR projects, programs, and initiatives as needed -Respond to general employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR team member -Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation -Track completion of required training and employee documentation -Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling sessions and preparing materials -Assist with posting job openings and coordinating candidate interviews -Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (e.g., new hires, status changes, terminations)

What You Bring
-A clear and professional communicator—both written and verbal -Strong customer service orientation and willingness to assist where needed -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships count!) -Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving -Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems and toolsPositive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred -Discreet and dependable when handling confidential information
