-Managing work orders and apartment turnovers -Maintaining a high standard of customer service and property upkeep -Performing preventative maintenance to keep all systems running smoothly -Overseeing and completing apartment maintenance and repairs -Leading maintenance team members, providing guidance and support

What You Bring

-Strong leadership and communication skills -A positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities -Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical) -A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to between properties if needed -Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems -CFC and HVAC certification required -3 - 5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields)
