The Role
Overview
Manage EMEA finance transactions, invoicing, reporting and vendor/payable activities.

Tasks
-Provide direct support for the preparation and updating of operating budgets & reforecasts, including data input, file maintenance, process coordination, and review. -Support the local FM operational team with any invoice issues. -Ensure client purchase orders are correctly created. -Compile all the necessary information to complete internal/external reporting in a timely and efficient manner. -On time creation of accurate client invoices. -Track supplier spend against approved purchase orders. -Collect and maintain proper support documentation for internal/external auditing purposes. -Perform general administrative functions as and when needed. -Maintain the monthly regional finance calendar, and ensure that all relevant parties are aware of task completion dates -Code portfolio supplier invoices and follow up on timely approvals. -Review financial reports, research variances, and assist with variance commentary. -Assist with compilation, recording, and analysis of portfolio level detail. -Assist in month end reporting procedures, including preparation of journal entries and accrual review,

What You Bring
-Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of seniority. -Ability to organize and interpret data, as well as communicate results/recommendations to senior management. -Proficient in MS Office ( MS PowerPoint and Excel, working knowledge of VLOOKUP, PIVOT and SUM-IF functions required). -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while also meeting time-sensitive deadlines set forth by senior management. -Finance/Accounting oriented bachelor’s degree preferred. -Between 1 and 5 years of experience in a transactional finance role, ideally within a multi-country/multi-currency environment. -Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
