What You Bring

-Dealer training for Trane equipment -EPA Certification -Spiff / Bonus program -High School Diploma or GED -Valid driver's license and insurable driving record -Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance -2 + years of residential HVAC installation experience or a combination of education and experience -NATE Core & Specialty Certifications desired -Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification -NATE Certifications or obtain once employed -Following directions and being able to work as a team and independently
