Tasks

-Lead and manage the digital platforms (like incident tracking tools) the Safety Department uses. -Create user guides and keep records of system changes. -Managing and Improving Systems: -Act as the main point of contact for vendor relationships related to safety tools. -Oversee safety-related digital projects, like system upgrades or new tool integrations. -Lead efforts to adopt AI tools that can help with analyzing safety trends, predicting risks, and automating reports. -Managing Projects and Vendors: -Ensure that safety systems meet security standards and protect company data. -Work with internal teams to test and roll out AI projects that improve safety. -Customize the systems to better suit the needs of the department and improve the way they work. -Help other teams with safety-related data and improvements as needed. -Work with other departments (like IT and HR) to improve shared systems and enhance safety-related tools. -Provide training and support to safety system users worldwide. -Ensure the systems comply with local and international safety regulations.
