Tasks

-Maintain CCRL, Army Corps of Engineers (ACES), and other relevant accreditations and recognitions. -Maintain and update the mix design database. -Collaborate with Ready Mix Operations and Quality Teams to address issues and implement solutions. -Attend industry and association meetings to stay current with latest developments. -Assist Area Ready Mix QC Managers with daily tasks as needed. -Develop, submit, and optimize mix designs for various concrete applications. -Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. -Lead RMX innovation initiatives to improve product quality and efficiency. -Perform concrete testing, including the ability to lift applicable weights for the job. -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhearing to health, safety and enviromental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
