Overview
Drive sales, manage customer relationships, close deals for KONE's new equipment in Madinah.

Tasks
-Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools. -Engaging job with position description and clear targets. -Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside current customer base. -Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility. -Document and maintain the customer and contact information. -Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping CRM up to date. -Ensures customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team. -Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching with those needs. -Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome. -Regular feedback through performance discussions.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication skills. -CRM experience is preferred. -Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs. -2 years experience in Saudi Market. -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering any relevant field. -Experience in the elevators & escalators industry. -5 years of experience in sale -Futuristic approach and passionate about new technologies and digitalization. -Excellent Arabic and English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
