Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and the service delivery team regarding maintenance activities.
Maintain documentation of repairs, modifications, and additions by uploading photographic records, relevant documents, and other necessary items to the company's record systems.
Provide site-based oversight of works assigned to the trades ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with relevant standards and specification.
Ensure works are completed by competent and qualified trades people within timeframes specified in work orders to the required work standards and/or the standard detailed in materiel
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring that workspaces are suitable for the tasks at hand. If suitable conditions can’t be met, collaborate with the team to implement acceptable mitigation measures.
