Reporting to the Executive Director in Queensland, our Director | Estimating Manager opportunity is an integral Queensland leadership role ensuring our cost advisory business continues to provide excellent quality, client focused delivery outcomes across civil, rail and water projects. You will provide strong leadership to our Queensland team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance, whilst partnering with and advising current and new Queensland clients.

  • Lead and deliver cost management and estimating services for major civil infrastructure projects in Queensland
  • Build and develop trusted client relationships, offering strategic commercial advice and supporting informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycles.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level professionals, driving capability development and delivery excellence
  • Oversee project cost planning from early feasibility to delivery, including estimating, value engineering, risk analysis and whole of life costing

  • Strong understanding of contractor methodologies, delivery models and market behaviour
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and guiding cost advisory work across feasibility, business case, project procurement and delivery stages.
  • Exposure to some of the largest and most complex critical projects nationally and internationally
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge inputs, clarify scope and test assumptions
