Tasks

As a Community Manager, you’ll take the lead in creating a thriving community where residents truly feel at home. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensure exceptional service, and support a team committed to maintaining Towne’s high standards of quality and care. -Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain property standards. -Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements. -Build relationships with residents, resolving issues promptly and professionally. -Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents. -Enforce community policies, ensuring a safe and harmonious environment. -Monitor budgets, financials, and occupancy to maximize property success. -Organize community events to enhance resident engagement.

Satisfactory background and MVR checks are required as a condition of employment. -CAM® or CAPS® designation (preferred). -Yardi experience (preferred). -Experience working directly with property owners. -Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. -Minimum of two years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication. -Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance. -Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. -Experience with CMHA vouchers is a plus

Benefits
