Tasks

-Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers for the team. -Evaluates products and processes to assure compliance. -Own the Finance EPIC within Electrification Systems DT – including relationship with Finance functional stakeholders, Finance annual budget and support. -Establish governance structures to identify key performance indicators, set milestones, and maintain a reporting cadence. -Drive accountability for Finance Product Management – including new feature releases, continuous improvements (CIs), simplification/standardization, tech debt elimination and version upgrades for SAP ECC finance modules. -Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning through presentations and content creation. -Engages proactively with cross-functional teams to design solutions using analytical skills and best practices. -Manage risks and dependencies across multiple organizations and functions, ensuring ongoing communication of progress against program objectives. -Partner with the Electrification Systems Finance team to achieve all defined and future deliverables for Finance Transformation. -Measures the impact of trends and acts accordingly. -Track and monitor program status and metrics, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional dependencies are managed effectively. -Define and manage the annual program budget to support all Finance initiatives and ensure adherence to the strategic roadmap. -Oversee scope, definition, design, and delivery of technology solutions for Finance function at GE Vernova Grid Solutions or GE Vernova Electrification Systems as applicable primarily leveraging ERP technology platforms. -Define and implement processes for effective coordination and communication between organizations and stakeholders. -This is a People Leader role. Lead an organization of cross-disciplined teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments. Scope and lead organization with GE Vernova employees and key vendor partners. -Build functional partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Digital Technology, Finance, and ERP Operations. -Provide subject matter expertise on finance platforms, proactively resolving issues and recommending process improvements. -Effectively manages risk and uncertainty for self and team. -Lead the development and execution of the finance digital technology strategies, focusing on leveraging SAP ERP systems to optimize financial operations.

What You Bring

-Ability to plan and provide structure and organization in a fast-paced, changing environment. -Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. -Moderate understanding of various IT processes and components, including but not limited to project management, agile delivery methodology, architecture, security, and ITIL operations. -Ability to coach others and deliver quality feedback to develop the team. -Ability to interact at all organizational levels and with GE Vernova businesses and partners. -Uses critical thinking and disciplined approaches to help resolve issues and define solutions. -Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, specifically in FICO , SD and PS modules. -Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to interface with senior leadership confidently. -Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when solutions are not fully defined. -Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization.
