Overview
Lead commercial paint projects from estimate to closeout, ensuring safety and cost control.

Tasks
-Job Site visits to review existing conditions; partner with Operations & Field Management for input. -Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. -Meet goals and metrics. -Actively monitor project goals & outcomes. -Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with customer, project team, architects, engineers, vendor representatives etc. -Develop creative & innovative approaches and solutions on a project-by-project basis. -Handle challenges and stressors in a productive, positive manner. -Develop preconstruction meeting schedule & monitor progress. -Lead, manage & motivate project teams during all phases of project. -Review all project documents, for completeness & accuracy. -Foster Cooperation among all employees Field & Office. -Mentor, coach and develop all team members. -Present job cost, scheduling updates, and budget updates at regular intervals. -Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

What You Bring
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. -Exceptional level of commercial paint knowledge is a must! -3+ years of experience managing commercial paint projects -Ensure complete bid & cost evaluation for each project. Leveraging experience to look beyond the information. -Experience in responding to RFP’s and formal presentation for a project. -High level of fluency reading plans, specifications & related documents. -Ability to identify, adapt and resolve complex issues. -Strategic thinking & planning. -Competent with Planswift, Procore, BuildingConnected, Plan Grid, MS Office Suite. -Strong ability to track and read profit indicators, financials. -Advanced awareness of Construction Site Safety Expectations. -Exhibit effective listening & communication skills. Actively seek feedback and receive it in a non-defensive manner.
