Tasks
-Assist with underwriting risk with respect to projects we are pursuing, providing risk management solutions, and drafting and negotiating various contracts including partnership agreements, design agreements and owner construction contracts.

What You Bring
-1-3 years of related experience -Problem solving skills together with the confidence to take the initiative on projects -Strong communication skills and attention-to-detail are essential -Transactional experience or construction/surety law experience is preferred, but not necessary -Our new contract manager will learn quickly with hands-on experience and independent responsibility. -Creative and innovative problem-solving environment -Ability to negotiate legal and commercial issues arising from contracts -Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor Degree required
