A minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
Well versed in excel and all MS Office Programs. specifically, Excel.
The ability to identify project opportunities early, and a strategic mindset toward positioning the company for pursuit success.
Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person).
Experience or familiarity with public-sector projects, including schools, affordable housing, and recreational centers, hospitals.
Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer’s needs, territory management and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Administration, Management, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
A working knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
Demonstrates cultural competency and the ability to represent the company professionally across diverse client groups and communities.
Ability to work well with coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 commensurate with experience, plus up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus.
