The Role

Overview

Support O&M digitalization, boiler overhaul, and audits for WTE plant operations.

Tasks

-Support O&M in plant projects. -Support O&M department in terms of digitalization effort, i.e., GoArc, ePTW, daily operation processes. -Internalize and share key learnings to KI’s Management while bringing a fresh perspective on given discussion topics. -Engage and support O&M in different audits, i.e., ISO50001, Energy Conservation Act, Carbon Pricing Act, ISO140001, ISO45001, ISO9001 etc. -Work with highly experienced engineers and industry professionals on tasks, allowing for broadening of perspectives. -Involve in daily O&M activities to provide new insights and suggestion to improve and streamline the workflow. -Conduct problem analysis and troubleshooting on plant processes. -Shadow and support maintenance engineers to conduct boiler overhaul meeting, monitor and update the boiler overhaul activities progress, thus gaining project management skills.

-Possess critical and logical thinking skills. -Independent worker, self-discipline. -Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering and possess interest in WTE/Environmental solution. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . -Team player and capable to show potential leadership. -Grasp operational and financial concerns and considerations when implementing new projects to an existing operational plant.
