What You Bring

-Experience or understanding of the broader water market (surface water resources would be highly regarded) -Australia Citizenship or rights to work in Australia -7-20 year's + industry experience as a hydrogeologist, including consultancy experience -An appropriate Engineering or Science tertiary qualification -Experience in successfully collaborating with related technical staff to deliver project solutions -Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation and ability to work effectively within a team -Demonstrated experience managing and delivering large technical projects particularly complex groundwater modelling projects. -A thorough understanding of Australian groundwater legislation and guidelines related to resource development and infrastructure projects, a working knowledge of State groundwater legislation, policies, standards and guidelines would be highly regarded. -A strong track record in building, nurturing and maintaining ongoing client relationships -Excellent communication and technical report writing skills -Demonstrated experience successfully mentoring junior staff in preparing quality reports on time and within budget -A strong technical background in numerical modelling, hydrogeological conceptualisation, groundwater impact assessment and hydrogeological investigation
