Tasks

The Creative Project Assistant will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion. You’ll help translate ideas into actionable next steps, keep Asana (our project management system) up to date, and make sure deadlines don’t slip through the cracks. This is a foundational role for someone who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a creative, high-performing team. -Support project kickoffs, creative reviews, and campaign launches by maintaining timelines and deliverable lists -Capture and scope next steps after meetings—translating discussions into structured project plans -Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, merchandising, and operations teams to keep projects aligned -Monitor deadlines and proactively remind team members of upcoming deliverables -Help identify process improvements that make the creative workflow more efficient -Manage and update tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines, owners, and priorities are always clear and current
