-Returning customers calls as needed and following up with past customers -Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey -Respond to job leads in a timely manner -Coordinating the schedule for multiple craftsmen and projects -Utilizing our dispatching & schedule management software -Performing paperwork and filing duties

What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED -Sales and/or Marketing – a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus -Customer-facing experience, a plus -Solid typing skills; ten-key skills, a plus -Excellent office management skills -3-5 years of administrative or Sales Experience -Great multitasking and prioritization skills -Comfortable with sales -Strong customer service skills -Exceptional communication skills -QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge, a plus -Adaptive to technology
