Overview
Align business needs with system solutions, configure ERP/CRM, support cross‑functional teams
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Configure system elements (workflows, approval logic, data fields, forms) or coordinate with technical teams when development is required -Importing structured contract or order data when automation alone isn’t sufficient -Configuring approval workflows based on project size or spend thresholds -Maintaining milestone dates that drive billing, reporting, or operational handoffs -Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to understand goals, workflows, and challenges -Monitor support requests to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement -You design solutions that work for the people who will actually use them -Reviewing user roles and access to balance visibility and security -Create reference materials and deliver live or recorded training sessions to support adoption -Maintain clean system rules, data structures, and permissions to support stability and scalability -Supporting revenue and billing teams by ensuring systems reflect agreement terms -Document current and future processes, coordinate testing, and ensure changes meet business needs -Translate findings into clear requirements and actionable solutions

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities -3–5 years of business analyst experience -Familiarity with process architecture, UML, or BPM tools -Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) -Experience with ERP or CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred; Salesforce a plus) -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience -You can explain processes simply, without adding confusion -Strong skills in process mapping, workflow documentation, and testing coordination -Large, complex program management experience -Confidence working across Finance, Sales, Operations, and technology teams -You listen closely and ask clear, practical questions -Telecommunications engineering or operations experience -You’re comfortable making decisions with evolving or imperfect information
