Tasks

-Communicate & Document Like a Pro: Use AccuLynx and internal systems to log inspection results, measurements, photos, and notes. Relay all information to the SR/Project Manager and relevant departments promptly. -Achieve Buy Rate Goals: Hit and exceed monthly performance metrics, including initial inspection and reinspection buy rates, appointment volume, and on-time scheduling. -Collaborate Across Teams: Your expertise helps others win. Partner with door-to-door SR specialists to raise the standard of inspection quality, customer experience, and close rates. -Support Project Success: Provide clean, detailed inspection files that enable our Estimation, Production, and Management teams to move jobs forward smoothly and accurately. -Create the Story of the Damage: Capture the full scope of damage and present a clear, accurate, and complete picture to adjusters. Your role is to make the facts undeniable and the story compelling in order to secure an approval. -Adjuster Meetings: Schedule, manage, and lead adjuster meetings in the field. Arrive early, present prepared scopes, and align expectations with insurance adjusters while representing Southern with professionalism. -If you have an appreciation for door-to-door specialists and want to help get the contracts they work hard to sign approved, this is the job for you. They open neighborhoods and own homeowner communication, design meetings, production scheduling,and invoicing—you focus on inspection excellence and approvals.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR -Strong communication and organizational skills -Field pros with strong communication and documentation discipline -Reliable transportation capable of hauling a ladder -Professionals who thrive on process, accuracy, and accountable execution in the field -Not a remote role — must live in Jonesboro or the surrounding areas -2+ years of experience in roofing/exteriors sales or field execution -Ability to set up and climb ladders, inspect steep and multi-story roofs, and safely navigate exterior environments -Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
