Tasks

-Provide support on acquisitions and investments, including post-closing entity integration processes. -Support various corporate governance and securities matters, including SEC and NYSE compliance, and capital markets transactions. -Plan and coordinate the Annual Stockholders meeting. -Assist with the preparation of corporate governance documents and materials related to the CBRE Board of Directors and Committees, including charters, policies, agendas, minutes, and resolutions. -Help develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures of the Corporate Legal team. -Maintain executive officer and beneficial ownership records, draft and file Section 16 filings, and assist with CBRE’s stock plan administration and securities compliance program. -Maintain corporate records. -Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings, including proxy statements and registration statements. -Prepare and review the annual Director and Officer questionnaires. -Assist the Corporate Legal team and other cross-functional partners with other projects as needed. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You Bring

-Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial- related calculations. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -J.D. degree preferred. -Experience with equity administration preferred. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
