Coordinate and review transmission design, documentation, and stakeholder interfaces.

Tasks
-Shall participate in various technical, interface and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback/ resolve interface/process related issues, to ensure smooth running of projects and also attend site visits as and when required. -Shall review, coordinate and update the Standard documents like DDCMS, Signal list, Design drawing Checklists etc. as required. -Shall review/coordinate and assist in Transmission projects for all the general/ technical correspondences like DDCMS submissions, progress reports, baseline schedule, quality plans etc, and associated project processes like DDCMS, SSART process etc in the DEWA Digital platform SMART D2 system. -Shall coordinate all the project issues and prepare the Issue management report periodically. -Shall review/coordinate to ensure coverage of DEWA's requirements for the Independent Power producer (IPP) Projects in the Request for Proposal (RFP tender) documents and to avoid any ambiguity or misunderstanding in the scope of work and finalize the Power purchase agreement (PPA) document. Further, review and coordinate during engineering stage for the interface documents approval and support Projects during commissioning stage until the energization of the plant. -Shall coordinate for the Site quality audit process and prepare the feedback to the Projects department and respective commissioning departments. -Shall generate SLA KPI results related to the section activities periodically as per the department requirements. -Shall review and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and prepare comment sheets for the approval of Project Signal list submitted by contractors or consultants to ensure quality, compliance with DEWA's specification, standard documents, and scope of works.
