Implement best practices, process improvements, and standardized procedures
Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
Ensure delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget
Partner with Preconstruction, Business Development, and Executive teams
Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership
Lead and oversee all construction operations across multiple project teams
Oversee schedules, budgets, safety programs, and quality control measures
Monitor project financial performance and profitability
Support staffing, hiring, and performance management of operations personnel

A well-established and highly respected commercial builder in Pennsylvania is searching for a strong Director of Construction to oversee project delivery, lead operations teams, and support continued growth across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional markets.

Excellent operational oversight, scheduling, forecasting, and budget control skills
Polished communication, client management, and team-building abilities
Proven leadership managing multiple teams and large project portfolios
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools
10+ years construction management experience with a GC/CM
Experience delivering projects $20M–$150M+
Strong background across commercial, industrial, institutional, or healthcare builds
