Tasks

-Maintain effective, productive, and professional working relationships with internal and external customers, third party vendors, project management office, relationship managers, and governance organizations in accomplishing project objectives. -Manage a dynamic team of individuals who constantly search for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of technology systems to meet business needs, partly by capitalizing on emerging technologies and adapting technologies to the needs of the customer. -Develop and deliver training on and emphasizes the use of established project standards, methodology and quality objectives. -Provide direction on staff development and training, budget management, feasibility studies, delegation, project and resources control, teamwork coordination, and project team constructive feedback as it pertains to individual, project, or overall program performance. -This employee will be responsible for direct reports. -Develop, document, and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and lessons learned, including metrics for assessing progress. -Review relevant factors to analyze situations and resolve issues. -Contribute to the development of business application tactical plans; responsible for the accurate and efficient forecasting and allocations of resources required to meet objectives; manage all aspects of development, installation, maintenance, and enhancement for mission-critical application systems for an assigned unit/area. -Provide direction to team according to established policies and management guidance. -Ensure that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.

What You Bring

-Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. -6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. -Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. -1-3 years of management experience. -High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures. -5+ years in business application design and systems development, including implementation and installation. -Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. -Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively. -Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. -High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data -Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
