Tasks

-Utilizes internal property portfolio database to abstract all real estate contracts and warehouse all real estate documents. -Support the maintenance and organization of files, documents, and records. -Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the property portfolio database. -Assist with real estate due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions. -Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development. -Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. -Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities. -Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned. -Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across the Real Estate departments, which may include research, data entry, administrative support, or assisting with specific initiatives.

-Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability -Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources -Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing related degree. -Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude -Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while ensuring the completion of assigned tasks. -Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software -Basic oral and written communication skills
