Tasks

-Work collaboratively with peer supervisors and project managers to identify and implement process improvements. -Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. -Directly supervise field employees responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment. -Coach and mentor team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to excel. -Maintain high-quality service delivery and ensuring efficient project completion.

What You Bring

This position is available to commence immediately. We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Croydon Park office in South Australia, to oversee our construction work crews and ensure successful project delivery. -Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment. -A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of adhering to OHS regulations. -Construction industry tickets (Construction Card, First Aid, CPR). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. -Driver's license. -Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications construction, with a strong understanding of civil and infrastructure projects. -In-depth knowledge of Telstra and NBN networks, including Pit & Pipe infrastructure.
