Tasks

-Coordinate daily activities with field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients -Enforce company standards for safety, quality, and performance -Lead project meetings and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders -Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance -Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout -Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation -Identify and resolve issues related to scheduling, cost control, and project scope -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

A well-established and growing construction firm in the San Antonio area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and ensuring that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. -OSHA 30 certification preferred -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar project management software) -Strong understanding of construction methods, local codes, and best practices -Proven success managing ground-up projects valued at $5M or higher -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) -Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (commercial or multifamily preferred) -Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
